Braiden joins the Mercyhurst North East Men’s Lacrosse coaching staff as a 2019 University of Vermont graduate, and will be assisting running the offense as a Graduate Assistant. Originally from Orangeville, Ontario, Canada, Braiden attended the McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Form there he went to play college lacrosse for the University of Vermont. At Vermont, Braiden earned a Bachelor’s in Science with a degree in Public Communication.
During his college career, Braiden played 4 years with the Vermont Men’s Lacrosse team, and earned a Captains role in his senor year. Throughout his 4 years at Vermont, Braiden tallied 53 games played, 27 goals, and 24 assists for a total of 51 points. Braiden is one of just 59 players in program history to finish his career with 50 or more points. On top of NCAA lacrosse, Braiden currently plays in the Major Series Lacrosse League in Ontario, Canada for the Oakville Rock Senior “A” program.
