The Saints used some timely late game hitting to score a comeback win over ND Monday afternoon.
Tied at 2 in the fourth inning, the Saints took the lead when Tori Harding crushed a home run to deep left field to make it 4-2. In the top of the sixth, ND scored three runs to take a 5-4 lead.
In the bottom half, Ayla Bragg doubled to left center to score Harding to tie the game. After a HBP, Hannah Davis singled to give the Saints the lead. Riplee Burkhart and Lei Guthrie added RBI singles to cap the scoring.
Harding went the first five inning, and pitched a good game before turning the ball over to Justine Dean. Dean went the final 1.2 innings to earn the win.
Burkhart led the Saints with three hits while Davis added two for the winners.
The Saints improve to 16-13 on the year and are back in action on Wednesday.

Lei Guthrie pitched a gem and hit a homer as the Saints beat ND in the opening game of a snowy double header Monday in North East.
The Saints got off to a fast start when Lea Munnell and Riplee Burkhart singled in the first inning. Guthrie then launched a three run homer to put the Saints ahead. Anna Swartout singled home Alyssa Johnston later in the inning. In the second, Rachel Shaheen scored on a wild pitch to give the Saints a 5-0.
Guthrie was in control from there, going all seven innings, allowing just four hits and striking out nine.
